After years in my collection, I researched this one.

Die 255. selbstständige Marine-Schützen-Brigade war vom 10.01. bis 17.01.1944 unter dem Kommando von I.(van) A.(fonasevich).
Im Kampf um die Höhe “ohne Namen” (Kerch-Halbinsel) habe sie die gegnerische Verteidigung zerstört und bei Höhe 125,6 und 133,3 haben sie 4 Linen Schützengraben eingenommen. Und in diesen Kämpfen hat die Brigade mehr als 200 Soldaten und Offiziere vernichtet. Und sie haben 14 Soldaten festgenmommen, 4 Panzer zerstört, 1 Sturmgeschütz zerstört und eine große Menge verschiedener Feuermittel zerstört.

Genomene Trophäe: schwere Maschinengewehre 6, leichte Maschinengewehre 5, Gewehr und Automatische Gewehre 60, 1 Funkstation.

Die Brigade hat 3 gegnerische Gegenangriffe abgewehrt.

Als diese Aufgabe erledigt war, hat die Brigade eine andere Aufgabe bekommen in Richtung Stadt Kertch (Bauernhof, Ziegelwerk, Friedhof) und die Brigade hat in diesem Platz die Aufgabe erledigt und das Ziegelwerk erreicht. Im Kampf in diese Richtung hat die Brigade eine große Menge an Lebenskraft und Technik von Gegner zerstört.
Für die gute Führung der Brigade und für das Ergebnis in der Kampfaufgabe gegen die Deutschen Invasoren muss Garde Oberst Wlasow ein Orden Rotbanner von Regierung bekommen.

The 255th independent naval brigade was from 10.01. to 17.01.1944 under command of I.(van) A.(fonasevich).
In the battle for the height " without a name " ( Kerch Peninsula), they have destroyed the enemy defenses at height 125.6 and 133.3. They have taken 4 trench lines. And in these struggles , the brigade has destroyed more than 200 soldiers and officers. And they have arrested 14 soldiers, destroyed four tanks, destroyed 1 assault gun and destroyed a large amount of different weapons .

They conquered: 6 heavy machine guns , 5 light machine guns, 60 rifles / automatic rifles and 1 radio station.

The Brigade has repelled three enemy counterattacks.

When that task was done, the brigade got another job in the city Kertch (farm, brick plant , cemetery ), and the brigade has completed the task in this place and reached the brick plant. In the battle in this direction, the brigade has destroyed a large amount enemy forces and weapons.
For the good leadership of the brigade and for the outcome in the battle against the German invaders, Guards Colonel Vlasov deserves an Order of Red Banner.

255 Marine Infantrie Brigade:

This brigade was form in September 1942 from the 1st Naval Infantry Brigade by the Black Sea Fleet. It was formed with the independent 14th, 142nd and 322nd Naval Infantry Battalions and the 726th (Coast Defence) Artillery Battery. The 255th Brigade was the sister formation to the 83rd Naval Infantry Brigade. Both brigades were formed in Novorossiysk and later fought for the city and took part in the landings that formed the beachhead ‘Malaya Zemlya’ or ‘Little Land’ across the bay from Novorossiysk. For its part in the liberation it was honoured with the title ‘Tamanskoi’.

The 255th Brigade also took part in the landings and fighting for the Crimea and fought alongside the 83rd during the liberation of the Crimean Peninsula.

After Crimea the 255th Brigade took part in operations in the western Black Sea to take Varna and Burgas in Bulgaria in 1944. It ended the war with the 37th Army in Bulgaria.

Here is his awards card:

The 20 years RKKA medal is mentioned in the citation.
I found an UKAZ for Wlasow for an OGPW 1st class on podvignaroda.

I could not find any citations for the Kutusov, Suvorov on podvignaroda.
His 3rd Red Banner and Lenin are for long service.

There was no number on the award card for the Kutusov. Maybe he did never get it in hand?
