Guys, A couple of remarks about this discussion: . Avers has never been a reliable pricing source (at least as far as I am concerned) [notok . About 1993, a whole lot of "things" were re-made by the mint (medals, badges). I wouldn't be surprised if most of these badges were of that vintage...

I don't think that this one would be a product of the "Baltic Mint". It seems to be the work of a "passionate enthisiast", supposedly from Ukraine.
