Here is a rare set, for a delegate to a Party conference equivalent to the future classic congress held every five years, always in Berlin.
THe complete set, it lacks the specific box for the delegate insignia: the delegate card to have access to the congress, free travel wherever in the country, and to vote the resolutions.
