Here's a cheap badge who's really worth its design:

I'm unsure the translating for "priekopnik"

THe H&S badge is approx 3cm height, so it is not a tiny.

The design is really very interesting. It would have made a great monument.

My question is, how was this badge worn? Does it have fixing prongs or any other fixing device?

Thanks for your comments. About wearing, I don't know, a search in czech language didn't bring anything. It is simply fixed by a little stickpin... so I imagine it was worn on a chest lapel or something like this.
