Re: Distintivi Ferroviari.
Consultare http://oxforddictionaries.com/definitio ... ock-worker
Definition of shock worker in English
shock worker: noun
(in the former Soviet Union) a member of a shock brigade.
shock worker in other Oxford dictionaries
-
Definition of shock worker in the US English dictionary
-
Possiamo fare lo stesso in Italiano, as esempio "Stralavoratore", "Laborinox", "Ultrarisorsa", "Maestranzalampo"

Eric,
sorry for this discussion, but it seems that there is no Italian translation for this badge.

Si, "shockworker"
I don't think there is a simple, English term for it. Maybe 'super-productive' in addition to 'politically-active'.

Re: Distintivi Ferroviari.
Tale posizione è spesso normale in ottone.Entrambe le vite-piastre sono, credo, originale.
PS. quale termine qui sotto è più vicina a "screw-plate"
vite-supporto
vite-placca
vite-piastre (plurale)
.
Both are common variations.
Note the badge on the left and its screw-plate; they seem to be often seen with silver wash on the reverse except for the area where the screw-plate was. That postion is often plain brass.
Both screw-plates are, I think, original.
PS. Which term below is closest to "screw-plate"
vite-supporto
vite-placca
vite-piastre (plurale)

"Screw-plate" is "vite di fissaggio", but you can use "nut" ("noce") as well.
Nice "shockworker"!

Re: Badge "Shockworker Of The Stalinist Campaign"
