as you can see on the doc is specified, 3rd class and on the top: МВД классного специалиста


As you can see from Avers, they gave these kinds of badges only for 2 years, from 1972 to 1974, good to have it..

You confirm my doubts. The "blason" is dedicated to soldiers and sergeants. This is an exerpt of Aers 8.

But Avers doesn't excess 1975 and those badges existed until the end of the USSR.

Yes, it is written under the figures... they don't enough space for every badge, especially common ones.

So there do exist a 1972-1974 variation, smaller, without the inscription "MVD" under the coat-of-arms. Followed by another one, bigger, with the 3 letters.

But the text indicates a 3rd class for this early variation...
