The aluminium badge is certainly an extreme short-run because it commemorares the "tsekh" nr 5, or works nr 5, founded in 1938. My honoured worker was an engineer in chimcs and directed the whole works 5, a works amongst several other ones in the combinat.
His combinate was Dnieprazot, dedicated to all nitrogened products, so nitrate products for agriculture. Seems the plant récently knew bankrupcy.
