Hello,

I remember once was a website somewhere online with many civilian ukas dates. And some rudimetary information providing the medal, e.g. which Ministry gave out the medal.

I got this two labor medal booklets with ukas dates.
Now I am looking for this werbsite.
Does anyone have information ?

best regards and thanks
Andreas

The problem is really complex: which kind of ministry, a federal one (USSR ) or republican (RSFSR, Ukraine, etc.)? We are short of clues in 98 out of a 100 cases.
