I believe that your medal is genuine. Of course, the back displays some "peculiarities":
. The stripy aspect, although unusual, is not unheard of. I have seen other such "stripy" medals before.
. The filing at the top may come from the fact that the space between the dies was slightly less than what it should have been. If I remember correctly, you mentioned on another forum that your medal is 2,5 mm thick; that would be about 0,2 mm thinner than normal. In this case, some metal would flow out on the edge, creating what numismatists refer to as a "wire rim" that would need to be removed manually.

It is good that all the potential anomalies have been somehow explained one by one as drawbacks in the manufacturing process and not as evidence of faking.

Ecco che finalmente anche io comincio con le divagazioni... ho silurato qualche ordine anonimo e sono uscito dal seminato prendendo qualche medaglia.
Questa di seguito mi è parsa alquanto particolare, ho chiesto qualche info ai colleghi e l'ho presa.

Sentiamo Marc che dice, si destreggia meglio con la lingua russa

Ho avuto un bimestre molto proficuo e fortunato, così, con grande soddisfazione è arrivata anche la Belgrado,
questa medaglia proviene dalla Germania, e il prezzo non lsi dice, ma anche questa volta credo di essere stato bravo...

Vedendola per la prima volta, mi era sembrata subito una buona, anche se le immagini fornite non erano molto nitide, ora che ce l'ho in mano, a mio modesto parere mi sembra che sia tutto ok.
La medaglia era molto sporca, non trattandosi di sola patina, ho dovuto per forza dargli una leggera ripulita con l'alcool

a me piace se l'avessi vista a buon prezzo l'avrei presa subito anch'io.
Ora che è pulita è veramente molto convincente. Complimenti
