Here is what I can contribute:
. M43: wearing the orders/medals in a horizontal row

При ношении двух и более из перечисленных орденов и медалей колодки их соединяются в ряд на общей планке, причём ордена и медали располагаются в ряд справа налево в порядке, перечисленном выше.
Ордена и медали, не умещающиеся в один ряд, переносятся во второй ряд, размещённый ниже первого. Второй ряд служит продолжением первого; ордена и медали размещаются в нём также справа налево в указанной очерёдности.

. M58: wearing the orders/medals parallel to the jacket's lapel

. M64: no indication relating to the wear of OMDs (this regulation is unusual in that it details every piece of equipment, but does not change the existing rules).
. M69: wearing the orders/medals parallel to the jacket's lapel

. M74: unfortunately, I can't find my M74 book at the moment. If someone has it available, please have a look at what it says.
. M80: This date is actually problematic in the sense that many changes were effected then, but apparently no Regulation Book was ever published (I've been looking for one for close to 15 years without any success...), so we are left guessing.
. M89: wearing the orders/medals in a horizontal row.

I militari di qualsiasi nazione non sono famosi per la loro elasticità mentale ed in URRS c'era anche una forte burocrazia. Però tu dici che non esiste un regolamento stampato che lo spiega.

The military of any nation are not known for their open mind and USSR there was also a strong bureaucracy. But you say that there is a printed regulation that explains it.

Cominciamo con un tenente colonnello, carrista, che porta tra l'altro anche una decorazione straniera.

Krzyż Zasługi (Croce al merito). Onorificenza della Repubblica Popolare Polacca (e precedentemente della Repubblica Polacca).
In questo caso la croce è della Repubblica Polacca (RP Rzeczpospolita Polska sul medaglione centrale, in quelle della Repubblica Popolare la sigla era PRL Polska Rzeczpospolita Ludowa). Comunque ufficialmente la RPP nacque nel 1952, quindi è scontato pensare che il soldato sovietico in questione si era distinto nella liberazione della Polonia dal nazifascismo, venendo così decorato con la Croce al Merito.
