Don't take this badly, please, but remember, you are talking about the Russian mint. Unless you are a (very!) recognized local researcher, there is absolutely 0 chance that they will answer even a simple request.
Of course, we all have many haunting questions to which we would love to have definite answers, but in our case (soviet phaleristics), we may have to wait for quite many years, while people such as the unavoidable Durov, or Strekalov, Pavlikov and possible a few more comb the interesting information out of the Mint's archives.
