I think that all 3 documents are legitimate. IMO, the borderguard document may simply have been "restored". What I mean is that it looks like the name was crossed out using a ballpen and that it was subsequently removed using a hard eraser. Have a look at the typed characters under high magnification to see if my theory holds water.
