Seems the very last voenkomat production. I assume that there should be a large stock, somewhere, of never-awarded medals

Andreas,

These voenkomat medals are rare, selling for many times the price of the regular post-war issues. They were manufactured at LMD, and the ring should be stamped.

I have not heard of any great "find" of these.

Marc, are you specifically talking of Valiant Labor medals, or more in general about Voenkomats?
As we write, there are about a dozen "Voenkomat" commemorative medals offered on a well-known US auction site. None of them is a Valiant Labor and, as far as I can see, none of them is LMD marked.

Sergio,

I am specifically talking about the voenkomat version of the Valiant Labor in WW2 medal.

Hi Marc,

I also have a "Valiant Labor in WW2 medal" Voenkomat with no LMD stamp on the ring. It has an older brass suspension.
I bought this one a long time ago, were nobody was faking this medals.

Someone sells 650 pieces of the medal which I posted on Wed Dec 31, 2014 11:30 am

But maybe the answer is in post from JapanX from Sun Jun 08, 2014 8:54 pm
Actually this is pretty "unreal and beyond" since official RF government continued awardings with this medal in the 90s [argh
This is how official medals for 90s look like.
