I'm pretty convinced that the Sniper patents are still attributed much after 1941 ( Rozina pics is the best proof, it incorporates Podolsk in August 1943).

We know If the digit to the screwplates corresponds to the patent number, is there a an individual document given with the badge and finally there is a data base sniper patents

They certainly were.
Until 1942-1943 at the very least.

No special docs.
Only a short note in personal file + (sometimes) extract from the Order of the People's Commissar of Defense of the USSR.

A me piace. Per me e' originale, unico dubbio, sicuro che lo smalto rosso sia originale? Non si capisce bene dalla foto, sembra un po' troppo perfetto.

Certamente originale, secondo me. Non commento gli smalti, magari filo postera' altre foto in luce diurna e potremo giudicarli meglio. Un badge raro da avere i collezione anche a costo di accettare qualche imperfezione. Bella presa, filo!

Per gli smalti vedremo quando arriva, ma credo che siano nativi, (le foto precedenti erano quelle del venditore).
Dovrò poi cercare dei ricambi per un restauro, in un noto sito ne ho trovato uno con lo stesso difetto, e riparato molto male
meglio usare lo stagno per saldare, o della colla, perché successivamente si può sempre tornare indietro.
Per le noci, la cosa è più difficile, dovendo essere numerate, ma devo capire prima di quale tipo si tratta, nei post precedenti abbiamo due esempi per questa variante:

This is also my opinion the enamel is original, personally I leave the badge as it is, in a showcase it will be the most beautiful effect
