This is
the very first type of mongolian Red Banner of Combat Valor.
It wasn`t even made by state mint, but by ВХТМ workshop in Moscow.
It was awarded between 1926 and 1931.
Very rare.
In this condition - quasi rare

Yep.
Same goes for quasi rare 1926-1940 type of "Red Banner of Labour Valor" (actual names of these orders are sligtly different, but whatever...)
