Those are indeed the award documents for his Kutuzov. He was awarded the Kutuzov on paper, but it was never issued (note that the usual "Award issued" stamp is missing on the Kutuzov's wartime record card), hence no serial number.

Questi sono infatti i documenti premio per la sua Kutuzov. E 'stato conferito l'Kutuzov sulla carta, ma non è mai stato emanato (si noti che il solito "Premio emesso" timbro mancante sulla scheda di registrazione durante la guerra del Kutuzov), quindi nessun numero di serie.
