Lioks like there are cast defects (avers: some letters in the title and maybe the sickle rifht edges; reverse: the "cccp" letters above the star) and the ring is not part of the medal...
A dangerous piece!

The ring does not leave room for doubts about this medal being a fake. Personally I do not see gross evidence of a cast copy, nevertheless many details in the medal are too soft and rounded. I don't know whether they should indicate cast, or just a rough reproduction.
