Sergio,
Airon gave you the explanation, sorry for the shortcut on my side.
To get back to the document, I own one (and have for many years), and although I have not been actively looking for more, I have seen probably a dozen change hands over the past 5 years. So, IMHO again
, call it R2 to possibly R3 according to the PMD scale, but it can't be any higher than that.

Ciao a tutti, dopo aver visitato quasi completamente il forum e parlato con alcuni di voi, mi avete contagiato e mi avete fatto iniziare un'altra branca di militaria. spero di fermarmi alle sole medaglie altrimenti non so più dove metterle. questo è l'inizio del mio contributo.

Ti dico che quelle per i 40, 50 e 60 anni delle forze armate le avevi gia' presentate esattamente tre anni fa come lupo78 qualche post indietro ed avevano gia' ricevuto parere positivo da moderatori ed utenti ben piu' esperti di me per cui puoi stare tranquillo che sono tutte buone.
Buone pure le medaglie 30 e 40 anni ma della prima (30 anni) sul libretto ci sta un timbro non riesco a capire cosa sia, per quello che ne so (non molto a dir il vero) ci dovrebbe stare quello classico con 16 nastri.
