Mi sembra che nella medaglia della Difesa di Stalingrado il fronte non corrisponda al verso.

The back of the Stalingrad medal in your original post is definitely NOT the same as what you are showing just above: it had a fully stamped ring, whereas your Stalingrad medal has a soldered ring. The lighting isn't to blame here.
