This "Victory over Germany" medal crossed two years ago my way and I bought it.

Any oppinions to this one?

Have a closer look at the medal. I think it is a modern fake production.
Strange ring, very thinn Letters, sharp edges, modern suspension ....

They were sold two years ago in Ciney. There was a seller with hunderts / thoudens of them in a large box.

They are well made for being chinese copies. This medal would easily cheat collectors like me if swiftly photographed for auction sites. I wonder what they could do with just little extra effort... especially on item on which you wouldn't pay too much attention as a VoG.

Sono ben fatti per essere copie cinesi. Questa medaglia potrebbe facilmente ingannare i collezionisti come me se rapidamente fotografata per siti di aste. Mi chiedo che cosa potrebbero fare con un solo piccolo sforzo in più ... in particolare sul punto su cui non si dovrebbe prestare troppa attenzione come su una VoG..

Io non conosco bene l'Inglese, e perciò spesso devo usare un traduttore, e non sempre dice il vero, raccomando ancora una volta agli italiani di usare la doppia traduzione.

Ho appena scoperto qualcosa di molto carino.
La medaglia è stata assegnata nel distretto di Vertyuzhansky, nella Repubblica Sovietica Moldava.
Questo distretto cessò di esistere circa 4 anni dopo la consegna di questa medaglia.
sicuramente la medaglia non varrà di più, ma è molto simpatico pensare che il soldato provenisse da una terra piccola e sperduta, terra che cessò di esistere visti, appunto, la dimensione e la popolazione irrisorie.
Preferisco avere un libretto di un posto sperduto, anziché di una classica Mosca o Kiev
