I have to translate this... i can't read russian. But give me a teaser... is this a German hand that engraved the serial?

I am sorry. This is a story about Germans making fake Orders of the Red Star for their spies behind enemy lines. If you ask me, it's a nice story and at this point it's impossible to either prove or disprove it, so you either believe it or not.

I asked about that because i remembered this curly style handgraving from a specimen from Mondvor that has been said to be seized by SMERSH on a disguised German soldier.
I'll take my time to translate since this seem to be really very interesting for me.
