MINSK, February 7 (RIA Novosti) - The original 1991 agreement on the dissolution of the Soviet Union and the establishment of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) is missing, a representative of the CIS Executive Committee said on Thursday.
The leaders of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine met in the Belovezhskaya Pushcha Natural Reserve in Belarus in 1991 and signed an agreement, thus founding the CIS. The agreement said all the members were sovereign and independent nations and thereby effectively abolished the Soviet Union.
The representative said the Executive Committee only has a copy of the document and that the Belarusian Foreign Ministry or the actual signatories do not have the original, either.
“When the Belovezhskaya Pushcha Agreement was signed, the CIS did not exist yet. We received notarized copies that are legally equivalent to the original,” the Executive Committee representative said.
The Belarusian Foreign Ministry promised to “look for the document.”
“We will see what could be done along these lines,” Belarusian Foreign Ministry press secretary Andrei Savinykh said.
Former Belarusian leader Stanislav Shushkevich, who had signed the agreement, said that after the signing the original was taken by Belarusian Foreign Ministry officials, including then-Foreign Minister Pyotr Kravchenko. However, the latter said he only had copies of the agreement, not the original.
Shushekvich also said he did not remember exactly how many originals had been signed.
“We most likely signed three - one for Belarus, Russia and Ukraine each, but I do not rule out that there is only one original document,” he said.

Cominciamo dal primo libro.
" We Will Bury You " di Jan Sejna
Il nome del libro si rifà alla famosa frase di Nikita Khrushchev
Noi vi seppelliremo, detta affrontando gli ambasciatori occidentali, ad un ricevimento presso l'ambasciata polacca a Mosca il 18 novembre 1956.
La frase è stata usata in maniera provocatoria e interpretata in molteplici salse.
Il libro di Sejna è sulle strategie comuniste della guerra fredda, ma parliamo prima del l'Autore, Jan Sejna era un Generale dell'esercito cecoslovacco ex capo di Stato al Ministero della Difesa e segretario assistente del top secret Partito Comunista Defense Council in Cecoslovacchia, ed è stato il secondo piu alto ufficiale a disertare dal blocco comunista in America.
A Sejna è stato concesso asilo politico negli Stati Uniti, con grande costernazione delle autorità sovietiche ed è diventato una fonte di intelligence per le agenzie americane e responsabili politici. Nei successivi tre decenni negli Stati Uniti, Sejna ha lavorato come analista del controspionaggio per la CIA, in seguito, come consulente per la Defense Intelligence Agency fino alla sua morte nel 1997,avvenuta in circostanze sospette.
Il libro parla della sua vita la scalata nei ranghi militari e nel partito e nei capitoli 10 e 15 descrive in dettaglio il piano strategico sovietico a lungo termine di come sovvertire l'Occidente usando surrogati sovietici nel Terzo Mondo . Il Grande disegno è spesso respinto dagli studiosi occidentali , ma la testimonianza di Sejna porta esattamente questo e non altro. Il fatto che molti di questi piani non sono stati realizzati a causa del cambiamento di circostanze non significa che non esistessero. Negli stati democratici , piani simili sono difficili da realizzare a causa di turni regolari al potere.
La principale debolezza dell'Occidente è, secondo Sejna , mancanza di unità e la mancanza di una strategia coerente . Il piano stesso potrebbe non essere aggiornato , ma dimostra chiaramente la differenza nel modo di pensare.

pubblicati nel 1984 e nel 1995, dimostrano in modo inoppugnabile quello che ogni serio studioso della politica russa sa
che Mosca non ha affatto rinunciato al suo progetto di dominare il mondo.
Anatoliy Golitsyn è stato un ufficiale del KGB, ha lavorato nel dipartimento di pianificazione strategica del KGB con il grado di Maggiore. membro del suo comitato direttivo trentennale nel 1958, il 15 Dic 1961 ha disertato e si è rifugiato via Helsinky negli Stati Uniti nel 1961. Nel 1984 egli ha scritto un libro intitolato New Lies for old, in cui ha previsto 148 avvenimenti riguardanti la Russia ed il Comunismo. Trascorsi 10 anni dal suo libro, 139 delle sue 148 previsioni si sono avverate, inclusa la caduta del Muro di Berlino. Si tratta di una percentuale di successo del 94%, meglio di qualsiasi servizio di intelligence al mondo. Golitsyn non è un profeta; semplicemente sa quali sono le strategie ed i punti di forza della Russia. Nel novembre 1962, a capo del KGB Vladimir Semichastny ha approvato un piano per l'assassinio di Golitsyn e altri "traditori particolarmente pericolosi", tra cui Igor Gouzenko , Nikolay Khokhlov , e Bogdan Stashinsky .Il KGB ha fatto sforzi significativi per screditare Golitsyn promuovendo disinformazione.
