I know, I know. It is difficult and takes time, and is not always very accurate.

I have a set with a почетный шахтер star but i never found a complete one.
I cannot say they are rare but it's a nice item.
Here it is a specimen from the web:

And here it is a photo of a full knight of the order of Шахтерская слава (Minerary Glory, a ministerial level award), wearing a почетный шахтер star (honorary miner star).
Note also the wrong ribbon on his order of labor glory (or only wearing his first class?! impossible to say)

I primi due sono 'Gloria del minatore' premi. Nessuno hanno un numero di serie, ma ha fatto loro documenti.I due elementi sono distintivi 'Onorato di Miner'. Entrambi hanno numeri di serie, ma ho visto esempi non numerati pure. Non sono sicuro, ma entrambi possono essere lo stesso premio (il nome è lo stesso) con la versione di quest'ultimo a sinistra.
L'ultimo elemento è... un data mining/geologia universitaria o superiore scuola/istituto laureato distintivo. Che è il migliore che io potessi venire con.

The top two are 'Miner's Glory' awards. None have a serial number but thier documents did.
The next two items are 'Honored Miner's' badges. Both have serial numbers, but I have seen unnumbered examples as well. I am not sure but these both may be the same award (the name is the same) with the latter version on the left.
The last item is....a mining/geology college/higher school/insitute graduate badge. That's the best I could come up with.

Looking at the diplom i posted below you can see that the reference prikaz is of the 10 september 1947 n°3211 "On the advantages and benefits for underground workers, management and engineering staff of the coal industry and the construction of coal mines".
This Prikaz has two appendix describing the badge and the honorary uniform.
Appendix 2 says (roughly translated from the russian):

Appendix N 2 of Council of Ministers of the USSR N 3211 of 10 September 1947
DESCRIPTION badge " HONORARY MINER "

The " Honorary Miner " is made of a special metal has an elliptical shape and dimensions: height 40 mm and width 30 mm.
Sign framed by gilded convex wreath of oak leaves , terminating at the top in place of convergence of the branches of a five-pointed star ( 5 mm between the opposite ends of the beams) , covered with a ruby- red enamel .
Below is an asterisk tape covered with ruby- red enamel .
The upper plane wreath its long axis is jackhammer color steel handle coinciding with the bottom face wreath and sharp peaks appears at 2 mm above the upper beam with an asterisk .
Directly above the wreath placed consignment gear color of dark oxidized steel 22 mm in diameter , on which the signature gold-colored letters " Honorary miner ."
Above the gear placed gilded mountain emblem ( crossed hammer and pick-ax ) .
The underside of the wreath is covered with silver plate , from which a grub screw and nut to attach the sign to the clothes .

Since the star version has the same prikaz of the ellipitical version this tells us Eric is right and this is the same badge but they changed the look. But i cannot find any info about when they have changed it.

Just to add some other info, the RF has his Honorary Miner star badge too (prikaz 2008? to be verified). The look is similar but cheaper.

Thanks for posting those awards Eric, they are quite neglected by collectors.

Le mie due Glorie Minerarie, terza e seconda classe, stesso produttore.

Mostro il mio "Onorabile Minatore" del '55 con documento. Non sono certo che siano accoppiati, dato che nel libretto non c'è nessun riferimento al numero 8453 che si trova sul retro del distintivo.
Anche la screwplate mi sembra di recupero...

Ne ho trovata un altra in rete, ed ho provato a fotoritoccarla, ma mi veniva uno schifo...
La metto così come l'ho trovata, perché magari potete ripurirla voi, meglio di me.

Non saprei dirti.
Presumo che sia per il fatto che i minatori non avevano proprio una divisa e almeno i titolati è bello vederli ben vestiti in parata.

La cosa che a me ha sorpreso di questa divisa è che ha la chiusura laterale ma i bottoni centrali

bella foto filo mandamela sulla mail come ho un attimo provo a restaurarla..

Si Airon in effetti è un bel segno di rispetto nei confronti di questi grandi lavoratori, si molto particolare la chiusura..

Monumento ai minatori della Doneztk Russa (mancava una prima classe fra quelle postate )
