While I am in the posting mood, I figured I should post some cool badges for you to look at.
This is a Mongolian Interior Defense badge, used in 1922-1932.

I'm not following Mongolian awards and badges (yet) but they look extremely attractive. I have to imagine they are quite rare as well.

What a beauty! The two Honorary Chekist badges are flawless, the one from the Ministry of Internal Affairs it's simply a dream (check the photo below: Vice Minister of Internal Affairs wearing this type of badge, 1936). All produced by "MTKh" (Moscow Cooperative of Artists)!

It's called Uigur language. I wish I could read it.
