I have no idea, sorry. I study the awards and the history behind them, not prices. It's been a while since anyone had offered me to buy one

The first one I have posted is from 1920, awarded on March 7, 1921.

The second - 1921, and the third is 1929.

All these awards of individual republics are just gorgeous. It would be nice to have more information about their institution and regulations. Was each Republic allowed to establish his own orders and awarding criteria, or there were common guidelines established by the central government?
