Assomiglia a una medaglia giapponese tipica per quell'era, particolarmente il nastro e una sospensione. Il medaglione comunque ha quello stile mongolo a esso. "La Mongolia interna" è stata controllata dal Giappone fino a '45, no?

Looks like a typical Japanese medal for that era, especially the ribbon and suspension. The medallion however does have that Mongolian style to it. "Inner Mongolia" was controlled by Japan until '45, no?

BTW, for some reason I have never seen one with issue document...

This is upper part of rosette for 7th class order of auspicious clouds.

beautiful set, these kind of documents are really nice

There are only two problems with these doc`s

1) they are much more rare than a medal
2) they will cost you more than a medal

yes i imagine, this happen too with some soviet documents..
i have no idea about the prices of these docs but they look expensive
