I can't read the last column. The infos given are S/N, Surname, Name, Patronymic, Rank and...?

An interesting book if found for a good price. However I think that the most useful data, the unit and the date of the prikaz, are missing. I know that it would be a huge (maybe impossible) research effort... but I still consider the lists in "Echoes of War" the best example of summarizing the historical informations of an award. Homonimy is also probable: the addition of the year of birth would be a useful help...IMHO!

I think I figured it out. Most likely his name is misspelled. It should be Бойко Иван Андрианович If that's the case there is some info on Podvignaroda about him. Check it out!

I tried Бойко Иван Андрианович but both awards listened on podvignaroda are Red Stars.

Looks like his Red Banner was for long service, so it is not in podvignaroda. It is in the range of long service awards (s/n: 177.988).
In one of the citations his name is written with Андриянович in the other citation Андрeaнович. So this is mostlikely the guy.

Probably best to ask the Award Card...

This is the list of his awards from Podvignaroda:

Орден Красного Знамени; Орден Александра Невского; Орден Отечественной войны I степени; Орден Отечественной войны II степени; Орден Красной Звезды; Орден Славы II степени; Орден Славы III степени; Медаль «За отвагу»; Медаль «За боевые заслуги»

And his awards were given by ВС 3 гв. А 1 Украинского фронта, so I think it's the guy.

The Red Banner may or may not be a long service award.
