This is made from casting, for sure not soviet mint or artel production. Not my field though... can't judge as i have never seen nothing like this before.
I wonder why the serial is made like this, part of the casting and not engraved

E' ricavato da fusione, di sicuro non è stato prodotto in una zecca o artel sovietici. Comunque non è il mio campo... non posso giudicare perchè non ho mai visto nulla di simile.
Chissà come mai quel seriale, come mai non è inciso.

Prodotto in Mongolia forse?

Da quello che ho letto, il primo tipo si, il secondo tipo è evidente che è di fabbricazione Sovietica.
