Well often we see military groups, but personnaly I love very much civilian groups. Not as famous as the first ones, but sometimes really tasty.

This man was responsible for all books trade in Leipzig region and Leipzig fair.

The classic huge sum of documents (east german medals are not numbered so I'll add the medals, with a note about his in the box for my children).

The common medals fur distinguished performances in the 5-yeras plan were at this time granted with nice booklets with a photo and a long article describing the acomplishments of the awardee.

And a rare table medal given in honor of litterature and journalism. The group was splitten , but the seller was kind enough to gather all sales for me.

Here's the case study!

I added the missing and rare medal. This is a strange game I know, but I note in my listings the medal is not original to the group. However, as every unumbered medal, this is a long debate. How can be sure the medal really belonged to the person?

The 1952 version is scarce, and is typical of the heroic stalinist times.

The booklet is a DIN A5, with thick carboard/burgundy (?) cover.

The owner's identity is complete, with the date and a comrpehensive explanation of the awarding.

Ideal situation, it lacks the soviet tradition of serial number!
