This group is quite unique.
I had to take the statute to look for an explanation but i find really difficult to support a consecutive awarding of this type.
Maybe for death of the sons in particular situation?! But, it seems like a unfortunate streak...
The really strange thing is that is missing the second class.

Here is a couple of useful quotes from statute

При награждении орденом учитываются также дети:

усыновлённые / figli adottivi

This can explain three 1st classes and this

Награждение орденом «Материнская слава» матерей, имеющих восемь или девять детей, производится только одним орденом соответствующей степени

the absence of 2nd class.

I still don't get the absence of the 2nd class giving the dates of awarding.
