Here's a partially savd group from an officer who participated to the "Stit" (Shield) exercice in 1984..

(after a commemorative 30 years of the Police medal);

a civil labor medal, with a stamp of the Ministry of National defense:

and a badge for civil activity in textile industry:

ANd the "Stit" badge. I' not sure the diploma is directly and strictly linked to the badge.

Confermo.....neanch'io sono mai riuscito a trovare il significato per i colori diversi.

Unfortunately, I've never been able to tell what the color differences mean either.
