Hello, this is the Jan Krasicki cross, which exists in three classes/ It is awarded for the scout movement, who was very strong in Poland.

I ckecked my Stella guide: this is the highest award of the polish komsomol, the ZMP: so it is the highest award for youth in Poland. I think it can be compared to the DDR Artur Becker medal!
