It seems to be february 9. I don't know if was a mistake, both the two texts speak about military operation around Stalingrad (final surrender of German troops in Stalingrad was on february 2), perhaps the officer that wrote the second text on page 6 left enough space for the first text?

The date at the bottom (January) is the date of the issue of "Stalin's gratitude'' (Blagodarnost Stalina) .

The date on the top (February) is with the reference to the Order of the 60th Army regarding the Blagodarnost.

Airon is right! This is the kind of docs that I like!

Unforyunately I'm not able to help you since I cannot find anything about this MTBAK unit. Sincerely I doubt about the correct reading of this acronym, in fact this kind of handwriting is quite unreadable. At first I thought that it could be a Korpus (maybe Motorizovannyj) but Communication Battalions were assigned usually to these kind of Great Unit.
I guess a Communication Regiment was more suitable for Armies and Fronts...
