Uno dei ricercatori che ho utilizzato in passato, a buon mercato, 18 dollari tutto compreso, ma le sue traduzioni erano pessime e incomplete.

Se questo non è lui, allora trovalo te, un altro Peredeev, nato nel 1922, e decorato con un OG3, su Podvig Naroda, purtroppo la prima pagina dell'Ordine n°226 è mancante.

If this guy is not him, then you find him, another Peredeev, born in 1922, and decorated with a OG3 on Podvig Naroda, the first page of the Order N°226 is missing.

I am asking if you understand what those dots and arrows on the map mean and how they relate to Peredeev experience during his service?
I assumed it was an important piece of information since it is included into the research. If the map is important, then it is equaly important to interprete the content correctly.

Here is the point. This map is NOT Peredeevs combat path. This is 4 Ukrainian Front combat path as interpreted by the people who digitized the documents. In fact, most of the information on the map has nothing to do with Peredeev service.
That is why I asked if the information on the map has been understood.
To conclude I would like to add, that the point "Decoration" on the map (the one you show in the last post) is completely misplaced.
There are many other facets of this facinating citation, that I cann't really squeeze into this answer.
But maybe itwas all clear already. In such case excuse my silliness.

Thanks Igor, but if you do not mind, I would not continue to discuss research on a thread dedicated to a cavalier.
But what if you want to add specific information, they are welcome, it is also a chance to show the forum what you're capable of doing.
The work voluntarily free, it's rewarding, it makes winning extra esteem, and eventually re pay.
For the research I will wait for better times, or profitable opportunities.

Yes, my focus is on the cavalier. I am not trying to sell you anything.

So getting back to the map from PN site. The screenshot you have there shows the combat path of 4 Ukrainian Front (as interpreted by the people who digitised the documents).
Peredeev has been serving in 35th Horse depot of the 4th Ukr. Front since December 1944.
He was awarded in July 1945.
I put rough sketch on the map below.
So as you can see the, map is quite misleading if one doesn't know what it represents.
