The hospital, which she directs, rightly deserves its popularity in the Fleet.
The difficult years of the war demanded more effort and energy of the officers and thanks to the efforts and energy of comrade Verigina, the hospital provided excellent conditions for the rest and restoration of functionality for the naval officers.
Organized under the leadership of its small farm, the hospital greatly improved the food, increasing the calorie intake to 4500-5000 per day.
Along with the well-organized rest, officers receive good treatment in hospital and care.
Comrade Verigina has bred a team of medical professionals and staff that devotes all its energy to restoring health to the officers of the fleet. In 1944 alone, the hospital served more than 2,000 officers and arranged for them a great stay, good food, medication and cultural leisure.
Carried out under the direction of Major of the Medical Service Verigina, work to study the state of the blood pressure of 1,600 officers of the fleet is of great scientific and practical interest.
Thanks to Comrade Verigina's energy and her organizational skills, Naval Hospital no90 was relocated in the short term to a new location, serving as a nursing home and at the same time providing medical care to the wounded and sick of the garrison .
