Short, concrete description of his combat feat or merits:
Comrade Kravchenko, working in a repair platoon of 6th SATB as a locksmith, showed himself as one of the best experts, well knowing the job, demonstrating the examples of work and discipline. During his work as a mechanic introduced many innovations, that have personally implemented, that reduce machine downtime for repairs, as well as improved the quality of repair. Comrade Kravchenko suggested and produced a device for treatment of piston rings without a hacksaw and file, and by it spared the battalion from spending so scarce tools. Manufactured central mixer that gives the ability to produce grinding of crankshafts on an ordinary lathe. Produced a device for boring the connecting rod bearing for GAZ, M-1 and ZIS. Manufactured by hand creep gear to the machine, increasing machine productivity by 35%, as well he produced a series of small but complex parts for the equipment of the repair plant. As a result, the manufacture of these devices, providing a battalion urgently needed spare parts, the coefficient of technical readiness of the battalion reached 95%.
