This is special grouping. First, a great deal of luck. Because I got the two ukranian diplomas froman ukrainian friend of Paris. And the huge bielorussian diploma from the other side of the world... by Alexei Merezhko in NYC!

Tov. Bulinski was involved in the cinema industry.

Here is an honor diploma from the Supreme soviet of Bielorussian SSR.

The "honor diploma" of the Supreme Soviet of Ukraina SSSR came with a nice little goldened medal.

The medal of BSSR: no lonk seems to exist between the diploma and the medal.

Extremly sober, but nice gold-plating.

And the gold medal. Common piece, always unumbered (at least for late times of the soviet union).

Bulinskii was a scenarist for the cinema, and the state prize was awarded for a film, Moscow-Genova (???? for the late name).
The ukrainian diploma was granted for strenghtening the relations between BSSR and USSR.
