I saw this kolodka on Mondvor, on the other hand I did not know that the medal is in the end quite late (when looking at the ring).

Anyone know if the medals is of Soviet or Czech manufacture ?

It would be very interesting to see them! I believe the Z stands fur Zukov, a factory that also produced some very beautiful enamelled stars.
Cannot find detailed photos of my many ones ( ) so I'll report as example of what I mean one belonging to a fellow collector.
