Hello!
The RS 111967 : He served in the medical battalion of the 1 Guards Mechanised Corps, 3 Guards Army, South-Western Front. The citation is dated 11 Jan 1943.

I have already the documents, so you are welcome to contact me.
The previous owner did not want to keep it due to enamel damage, so the research has been "unused". :)

Interesting, but it always depends on how much, since it's a research commissioned by others, you should make a nice downhill effort. ;)

Hello Filo!
The research was not commissioned by the previous owner, but I did it out of my own curiosity. This order was shared and discussed on another English speaking militaria forum before the owner even got it in the mail.
I already freely shared some information above. So you are WELCOME!!!

My current price remains the same as last time you asked - 40 euro (30 for translated register card + 10 for citation translation).
If you are afraid that I am getting too high profit, then I can assure you, that I am not becoming a millionaire any time soon.

Since it is not the first time, Filo, you imply the prices are too high, then I might as well comment. The profit margin goes to cover my time I use to translate and to do a parallel research (because in many cases you can't do proper translation without double checking). So what might appear as a short text, can in some cases mean several hours of work.

What I do get higher profit on is extended research. I have no direct cost making it and whole 50euro goes directly to me. But I can easily spend like 30-40 hours across 2-3 weeks. So I don't think this is that expensive, considering that you chose an expensive hobby yourself, right? I continuously do my part of sharing with other collectors across several forum. I think it is not only good to help, but it is a way to pay respect to the veterans.
But I think there should be balance.

Kind regards / Igor

I'm tired of discussing money for research, if you want to share the information in your possession, so be it, otherwise forget it, I'm sorry but here there is no tripe for cats.
