The medal will come, but here is the paper, a bit scarcer:

I had no idea Comecon was awarding medals! A first for me - and a truly very interesting document!

A lot of Germans were awarded with these medal. It was given to workers who build at the gas pipeline from Orenburg to the west through Sibirea.
(The green line in the picture).
