Awarded in 1970 for work in the field of special maschine/tool building.

No information about this person, but just a word of caution: fakes of extremely high quality do exist for this medal.

Not sure if the case is okay. I saw these Lenin Prizes with a small red paper case like for the Hero Stars.
But I found a little bit different case (similar style) for the Lenin Peace Medal.
