Is there a reason why this entry is in the "archive" session of the marketplace? If the item is still on offer, the post should be in the main section ("Mercatino").
Beside that, I believe that it should be still stated in writing that the seller "has read and understood all terms and conditions applicable to the marketplace of the RKKA forum".
