Here is a small group, worth by its papers and a heavy alloy badge:

This man exists in Podvignaroda, and he got two awards during WW2. I have no traces of civilian awards, but it is highly possible he earned some.

He attended the Moscow Institut fo Direction of People's production, or ИУНХ (Институт управления народного хозяйства) СССР.

From what I seen in a few researches, it seems there was not badges for this institution...
