border reverse (observed numbers):
2nd class variation 1 - min. 4, max 1.773
3rd class variation 1 - min. 31, max. 907 and s/n: 155.369
What class is 27.003 ? 3rd class oder 2nd class?

Here are better pictures of the award.
Looks like there are traces of Gold near the left border of the tower.
