Hello,
any oppinions to this street police badges?
The right one with the mark "MADE IN UDSSR" seems clearly a fake/souvenir badge.
Many thanks and best regards

Andreas,
There are quite a few different badges bearing the "Made in USSR" stamp. No need to precise that, as you anticipated, they are fakes produced in the early 1990s.
The one on the left is a nice original one though.

Only paint on the averse, or paint and red enamel?

I would say, it looks like aluminum and enamel. The quality is a little bit better than the other breast badges.

What do you think about this patrol badge? The needle system looks not like a soviet one. A fake?
best regards and thanks

Komsomol,
the gosbank badge does not glow under black light. So most likely enamel.

Thank you! Indeed on pictures looks like brwon paint on alumnium, and the plain red smooth surface shows the full aspect of enamels.
About the second breast badge, without looking in my ref book, I'd say it is post-soviet.

Andreas,
I don't like the attachment device on the back of the last one, and the Дежурный ГАИ. I don't think they are Soviet production.

Andreas,
With that mintmark on the nut, I'd say post-Soviet.
