Looks like the shoulder boards are also from this time period?
The last two awards on the ribbon bar looks like Czechoslovakian one´s?

Same opinion here! Genuine kitel with correct shoulder-boards. The red-white-blue striped ribbon is for the Czechoslovak War Cross '39-'45, second one probably is for commemorative medal of the Second National Rising.
