I don't know, maybe it's the light on your photos but the buttons are golden.
Those should be from the rank of Attachè way up to the top.

Non so, forse è per via della luce nella tua foto ma i bottoni dovrebbero essere dorati.
Dovrebbere essere come nella foto qui sotto, dal rango di Attachè fino a quelli più alti.

Many thanks for your input, dear colleague. I assume that looking at the photos of my associate's piece, the buttons seem to be a green color? They are indeed golden. Is it that the design is inappropriate? I am unable to count the number of republics on the button.

I anxiously await a reply from our Russian colleague so I may forward all the information that has been and will be graciously provided to the aforementioned.

Yes they appear green to me but if they are gold it's maybe only the light.
If the cockade is a 11 republic and it is matching the other buttons i think, with this photos, all is OK.
For what it is in my knowledge i can't suggest anything to discern a uniform of the 1943-1946 from one of the 1946-1954 period, aside from the buttons.

I'm looking forward to the photos, thanks!
