First of all, thanks to Meyerse for showing us his badges! All with pointed screw posts like mine.
I have checked the discussion suggested by Filo. Little by little i have changed my mind about these badges (supposed to be '70-'80)...
The only type on wich i'm sure is "Pobeda" production from the 60'.

In my opinion these badges are completely genuine.
For the rest, "Pobeda" production, supposed to be from '70-'80 (like mine and Meyerse series), probably is fake, both types: pointed screw and truncated screw with rounded base.
There is a little probability that these badges come from a late production ( but i have no evidence that this production really exists), more easily they are copy from earlier production.

. I just wanted to show that such items can be found often, even in high class auctions and in combination with valuable orders. Of course this screwplate was a replacement. Considering the need to reduce the diameter of the post, and considering how easy it would have been to find a spare washer, I thought the replacement could have been made by the veteran. But it seems that "я-д" is not even Russian, as you explained... so, it seems that someone did a lot of work to fit a fake screwplate...
