any show about italy merchant ?

I notice ww2 usa merchant medal long time, beause donot know how to check medal is copy or not, so not buy any.
but today i saw a guy showed a very good one. i put picture at here.

at china, i donot know any about chinese merchant. even now. in fact ,at china not easy saw any about mechant even at now.

at peijing, shanghai , guangzhou etc.. chinese big city's market never found any about chinese merchant.

i saw ebay have some usa and UK , i try search about france, gemany, russia, but not got good found.

so, how about italy?

have some books for offical show about italy ? italy have medals too?
