Time to post a few items which I keept 20 years in a box.
Badge was founded 1930 and awarded to participans in fighting against warlords in Manchuria in 1929 to get contoll about the train railways in that region.

Looks like the badge is a cast copy?

Sorry Alfred but i can't really say anything. The only specimen that i ever seen is photographed on Avers, is different from yours because is more detailed but these old badges are very difficult to value. Personally seems to be a copy but is only a opinion.
